About Mahaar

Mahaar Abdelwahab is a dedicated Speech and Language Therapist who works with children presenting with a wide range of speech, language, and communication needs. She brings a child‑centered, evidence‑based approach to her practice, with a strong focus on early intervention, language development, autism spectrum disorder, and speech sound disorders.

Mahaar integrates DIR/Floortime® principles into her sessions to support engagement, emotional regulation, and meaningful interaction. She is particularly passionate about helping minimally verbal children build functional communication skills that enhance their confidence and daily interactions.
